Ayurveda is the oldest holistic healing system born from ancient India, rooted in awareness that health and wellness depend on the balance of mind, body and spirit.

Ayurveda looks at life as an elemental dance of earth, air, fire, water and either in which all life is constructed from. These elements are categorized into three constitutional groups which reflect patterns governed by the forces of nature. These groups are the biological humors, or Doshas of Kapha (earth & water), Pitta (fire & water) and Vata (air & either). The qualities of nature manifest in our lives physically, mentally and emotionally according to our personal constitution, the environment in which we live and our experience of life. As we begin to understand our constitution and the elements that govern it, we begin to understand our nature and how to work with it to generate greater balance, happiness and good health.

Living Sadhana focuses on understanding the forces of nature, how they show up in our lives both mind and body, how they interact together and how to work with them to create harmony within ourselves and in our relationships with others.
